Default 1964 Fury w/ 1965 426 Hemi value

I have been testing the waters on eBay with my nova seeing what kind of value I could attach to it. I guy e-mailed me asking if I wanted to trade for a '64 Fury. The car has a 1965 426 Hemi engine that he claims he has been holding on to so he could transplant it into the correct car. I was wondering what kind of value his car has before I go showing too much interest. I know if I could ever find a match to the engine I would have a real gem but even Hemi clones are bringing 90k. I would just like some opinions on the matter. BTW, the car I would be trading is a 1968 Chevy II with a 454 BB, M21, 9-inch, bucket seat rotisserie car original a six cylinder car. Thanks
