You can do whatever you like, I am quite sure it is already in the CRG data base and is already to some degree blacklisted
By the way the full Vin# looks like 12379N594786, I copied the picture off the EBAY add and blew it up, you can see right through the guys attempt to pencil out the last three digits. There would be knothing wrong ?? with building this car, but there will always be the record of it being on EBAY .
