In this type of scam, the scammer has placed a hyperlink page over an existing auction. (You can see the original to the very right past the blue line.) You won't be able to report this auction at the bottom since the entire page is the hyperlink. In these cases, you need to report these at the main ebay CONTACT US page. Select "Listing Violations", then "Fraudulent Listings", then "You suspect that a listing is fraudulent you didn't bid" to continue. Once you get there, you'll "Contact customer support" by clicking on "email us" and that will take you to a page where you can enter the item number(s) and a field where you can enter free text.
And since this may not even be a geniune auction number and something the scammer made up, I always include the item number and the link in the address bar as well as the hyperlink inside the free text area. In this case the address bar is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayIS...em=190117441173 and the hyperlink is http://www.cgi-gallerycars.org/cama/ (And yes, this is a phishing web site) Ed
