Thanks for the recomendations I will go there and pig out.
Now what about good shoes? is the pavement all broken up and uneven like Carlyle?/ Ater 3 days of pounding the pavement
at Carlyle my feet almost fell off wearing runnig shoes, never again.I could take it a few years ago but now old age is setting in
