Purchase price with this one is everything.No docs could help in that area eapecially if you find them later on.Paying a fee up front and finding them will make a huge impact I would say on the original purchase price unless that can be nailed down prior to looking.Big gamble but looking at her the odds of the interior being out before, tank down etc are in your favor I would say to find a sheet but one never knows.
