Ford Hood Scoop

A friend of mine was at an estate sale recently and bought a hood scoop that has the Ford logo on it. Also has the following numbers/letters:

GB-I
40-2696
DIWB 16C664 AA

It looks similar to a Boss 429 hood scoop. Anyone have any way of deciphering Ford part numbers? TIA
