On the convertible it has fresh inspection and new raised white letter tires. The second car has no debris underneath of it, the paint is nice and clean, no streaks running down the side. In our neighborhood all cars parked on the street must be tagged, inspected and insured. I think your pictures do not depict rotting muscle cars.
