That's a Reproduction tire.
They didn't start using 4 digit date codes until AFTER Dec.31st,1999.
That one shows a 3 digit of 105.
That DOT code breaks down as 10th week,1995,McCreary plant.
It could be 1975 or 1985,but I doubt it as the packaging looks to new & modern to me,
and if I remember correctly,McCreary wasn't making these brands in those decades.
Both Kelsey Tire & Universal Tire retail it today for $160.00 & $170.00 respectively.
