Bill,
Certainly no expert on this nor have I had to encounter it but I know from experience you can write what ever you want in a will. Make an entry that all cars shall be sold on ebay or auction with a minimum bid of $xxxxx to be paid to the estate. You might also want to donate them to a worthy cause, collection, museum, etc. Just a thought.
