Need resister wire for 69 camaro, who has em?

I need the resister wire that runs from the firewall block to the coil that reduces the voltage from 12 to 9 or so volts. was wrapped in a fabric sheathing from the factory. where can I get one? dealer doesn't even have it listed and no parts houses carry them. Anyone know who has them available?
