Charlie Daniels Thoughts on Illegal Hispanics

I spent three days last week on the Texas/Mexico boarder. I work along the boarder about three days per month. South Texas is nearly 100% poor Hispanic people, most collecting some type of assistance in the form of housing, food and cash. The hospitals are full of illegal immigrants that are ill or pregnant. The drivers have no insurance or even a drivers license. The legal system is a kangaroo court of poor folks suing businesses and hospitals for whatever they can get and the judges and attorneys are all raping the legal system. No defense attorney wants to get in front of a jury because the awards are staggering. I know of what I speak because I insure a number of large business in South Texas and it is more than difficult to attract an insurance company to provide any type of coverage in this area.
Most of the areas in this country that boarder on Mexico have turned into Mexican towns. I've been traveling to the boarder towns of Texas for the past 25 years and it has changed drastically during this time.
