Default Carb selection. Holley, Carter/Edelbrock or Q-Jet

Was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on carb selection. Just finishing up my 454 for my 72 nova SS. Mild 454, th350, 25-2800 stall, 3:73 rear. Car will be 99% street with occasional strip use. Have a used 4779 Holley 750dp, can get a decent 780 vac sec but, was considering an Edelbrock (AFB or AVS 800) or even a worked Q-Jet. I want something I can drive and not have to adjust all the time.
