Oh I like the earlier ones too but I have to say that I still have a 20,000 Mi '80 L-82 which was the last of the big SB motors back then and it is a heck of a great car. Drives great and has good power.
It was a all black car when I got it and I admired the two tone paint back then so I painted my cars bottom in the same style as the '81's. It had a red interior so the bottom is now red with a orange and yellow stripes between the red and black. Looks factory. Fooled a lot of people too. Pantera
