I believe you are wrong. ALL big block SS cars got black rear tail panels, regardless of color. The only exception was the pace car replicas. The black body sill treatment was not included with dusk blue, fathom green, burnished brown, and Burgundy... but these colors still got black tail panels if they were SS396 cars. -JB
