an updated cam and intake would benefit the cause greatly. just my opinion [/ QUOTE ] Maybe, But I like the old time stuff, That Chevy Off Road cam is pretty nice and the Tarantula manifold is in the right RPM range, Maybe an upgrade to a Holly 850 DP but I really like the 780 with vacuum secondary for streetable use....I built this motor back in 1981 and it doesnt have alot of time on it. I put a set of Crane Roller Rockers on the heads and back then that was state of art technology for street racing..
