I'm not sure what to think about this. On the one hand, these cars will be totally different than the cars he created in the day. On the other hand, it seems a little bit like high dollar Beenie Babies (you all remember when those were the rage). I know it's not the best analogy, but I think it's difficult to create a collectible.

You can create limited edition cars and they will be cool and sell for BIG $$$$$, but you can never recreate the magic of the era that led to these cars. You can't go back to the future.

Just because its old or rare doesn't make it collectible or an antique.
