Guy is claiming a 69 copo chevelle

Well I don't think you can or I don't think that is possible. However, if you really knew Vince at the time and you were on good terms with him, maybe worked for GM and asked him nicely, he probably could have pulled the records back in the 1970's. That would be the only way. Plus I am sure vince had his own set of records on the Big Block performance cars from 1969 and 1970. So really the validity of this claim comes down to this; did this guy Greg really work for GM in the 1970's and did he know Vince Piggins real well???? Can anyone verify this???
