That would be an M21 tranny. Don't put too much faith in the console plate - they are repoped and glue in place. Tough to say what it is from the pics. Wrong valve covers, no smog system, etc. $14K for a real '70 LT-1 is a steal unless it has birdcage or frame rot...it's tough to believe that it squeaked by the experts at that price if it is real.
