Default Re: GTO POP decipher

The POP is from a one owner '67 GTO convertible. The cowl tag (see below) and PHS indicate that the car was built in the 2nd week of June. The VIN on POP and car match as well as the engine production # and engine code on the POP and block. But, the "P"
code for the tranny on the POP indicates the "H" month of '67 as the assembly date of the tranny. Actual code on tranny reads "P7D21" which would be appropriate for a car built in June I can not see the partial VIN on the tranny case. It may be on top.

I wld also like to know wrt to the POP:

1. what the "FO" is before the tranny code?
2. what does the "223 LL" mean? (trim code+body color+??)
3. what does the "1H" and "T" on the same line mean?

Thanks for yr help.
Sam
