1970 chevelle ls6 L78

In my investigation of which many members sent in pics of their accelerator brackets for the Ls6 L78 (thanks)this is what I found out.In 1969 when the chevelles were being built the 3972619 bracket was being installed on L78 cars. all of the brackets that I have found for L78 are shown in the pic.
The one on the right.
The other two brackets are all from LS6 cars. All the cars LS6 L78 were origional cars documented. There is a differnce in the brackets as the one on the right is made from a completely differnt die than the Ls6 bracket (see the tab area)of the l78 bracket.
We found 12 examples of the Ls6 brackets and 4 of the L78.
It would seem to me that it is more likely than not that all l78 brackets were different than the Ls6 cars. "Sharing information is a good thing".
