HELP! IS SOMEONE CLOSE TO TYLER, TX

A friend of mine is considering purchasing a 1967 Pontiac GTO from a guy in Tyler, TX. Wondering if there is someone close that is knowledgeable and would be willing to look at the car and give my friend their professional/unprofessional opinion of it.
