Like Wilma said, without the original engine, or paper work, you're pretty much out of luck.
I Think the 3/8 fuel line w/return line indicates standard rochester 4 bbl...I could be wrong. Not 100% sure if a 4bbl was available on a Non-SS car. Obviously, with all of the exterior trim on the car, the rear trim panel could have just been part of the deluxe exterior trim. (ie non-SS) Does it have a 12 bolt rear? Again not absolute, but another +. I'd be very skeptical on this one.
