Ahhh..I see what you are talking about.Not the top Valve Cover clip I was referring to at all.
But that rare TCS clip looks very similar to the 1970 RPO CD-2 Fiber optic washer Jar Monitor clip used under the Dash to secure the fiber optic line. I have one here,& can post a picture of it,if I can find it.
