H is HD 3 speed Muncie Trans (RPO M11 I think)
0 is 1970 M is August 026 is the 26th. Remember, every other plant except Norwood was making parts for the 1970 model year by the end of August, so it's not surprising to find assembly number reflecting the 70 model year in Late Camaros, including engines stamp with 3 letter assembly codes.
