Well, the NICB will only tell you the dealer the car was delivered to and what date. As for documentation, there are quite a few Chevrolet musclecars out there right now that were sold without documentation several years ago and now they suddenly have documentation so somebody has some records somewhere. I think Floyd Garret has several cars that were bought without documentation originally and now they have it. Jim M has said they are working with some Chevrolet records so there is something available for historical purposes. The big question is how complete is it?
