I have one of those situations in my area too. Not quite the same value on the car but a shame none the less. Sitting right along a four lane highway, in a guys yard, is a 69 Biscayne 427-425 4sp two door. Been rotting away since back in the 70's. I know he's been pestered to sell it. He went so far as to toss a canvas cover on it and stick a NOT for sale sign on it.
