There are no commercial ads allowed except by site sponsors. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price. Ebay is allowed as long as there is a "buy it now". Potential buyers can inquire about the item being sold. So is the car still for sale on Ebay or are you going to wait until you can check the documentation again? I would think that you would stop the auction until you can have someone knowledgable check the documentation. If you let the auction go, somebody will have the legal right to the car at the price it ends at.
