I am in no way in charge of this. Just helping get the word out to our group. I will speak with Al Fierke on Monday to make the request. The way I understand it they take applications/registrations for each of the three elements [swap, show, & showcase] until they're out of room. Interesting approach, but, first come first served is how they do it. I'm still waiting for the application to post.
