Default Re: Spiral Shocks

Are they with boxes? If not I will look up 3192813 On Friday when I get home and back to my books. Do they have a code sticker on them?

You have to find the part in the book that was the same year are your car. Later books list shocks that fit even if they were not ment for that car orginally.

For instance, in 72 the same shock is listed as fitting the Chevelle, Camaro, and Nova. If you go back to when the shock was first released you might find that it was a Nova only shock.

GM was in the business of moving parts. as old part dired up they were less selective what part fit what car as long as it worked.

I will let you know what I find later,
Greg
