Re: Looking for a Reedman Chevrolet Metal Emblem
He's only kidding! Come on Rick you will have people thinking that I am some stalker!
Seriously, I talked with the widow and she is very elderly. She actually has all the ledgers from the dealership at her house that she read me over the phone with all the vehicles that they sold at the dealership. I already have a full owner history on my car back to 1976 that I traced through 4 states till I got to Minn which does not do title historys because they destroy the records. In the ledgers she has to who and when the cars were sold new. She tried to read through some of the cars while I was on the phone but I think that she may be a bit senile. I really felt bad for her. I wrote her letters after our phone conversation but have had no luck in her responding. I have hit a road block and would love find & to talk to the original owner of my car. I also know they have to have dealer memorobilia there at the house since they resided there for quite some time. The dealership closed in 1982 and it is now a banister repair shop. The dealer address was
Orville Nerhus Chevrolet
205 Main St.
Lakefield, Minn
If anybody thinks they could help me please PM me. Their will be a reward!
