The least expensive phase 3 ZL1 I have seen was just above $87,000. This was a black car which is the factory color of the B4Cs used for the conversion. So if it is painted one of the custom 1969 colors you need to add a few grand. I can't believe he wants to get rid of it already, what a shame. Shouldn't have bought it in the first place.
