Bob, the Slicks and front tires were taken off by him. He had the street tires with black rims, so he could drive it on the street. But he claims he only put 12 miles on it in the 2 years he owned it. He was headed the one mile from his house to his storage unit to retrieve the Slicks, etc, for shipping. He claims a tie-rod came loose and he lost steering. It was this mile that became his last mile and total mileage of "13".
