Documented 69 JL8 possibly for sale

There's a slim, very slim chance I'll have the opportunity to buy a beach house and if it pans out, I'll most likely have to sell my 69 Z28 JL8. The car is in the middle of the frame off restoration. The car is Hugger Orange, 711 interior, console/gauges and JL8. All #'s match, P-O-P, broadcast sheet. I also have a bunch of rare parts including the crossram setup, GM fiberglass hood, TI, Minilite wheels, heater delete, radio delete, Stahl headers. I'm not sure if the parts would go with the car or as a separate package only. If the house thing pans out, I would need to do something on the car relatively quickly.
