If you receive an email with an official PayPal looking form with text like this one:

DO NOT FILL IT IN AND RETURN IT!!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!! You have been warned!

No, I did not fall for it, but I do not want others more trusting than I to be taken in by this.
