It is a basic concept across the world...you dont follow the rules...you suffer the consequences. The UN has provided ample opportunity in the last 12 years for this idiot to follow the rules and disarm. He has not done so. If you play, you pay. To stand in defiance of the entire world would be considered the act of an insane person, considering the amount of time he has had to comply I dont believe we are the agressor in this situation, I would think more like the term enforcer would apply. I dont think anyone would believe this guy would not aid and assist terrorist groups who targeted America, it is probable he already has.
