Why are people collecting trim tags?

Ok I confess! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I have an extra trim tag.I took one off of a 69 SS Chevelle that was under water in a river during a canoe (sp?) trip.We had heard rumors about this Chevelle for years.So while camping we made it a quest to find the Chevelle,document the find, and part what was left.We were quite a site back at the livery with a boat load of Velle parts.So yes, in the Mohican river (late 80's),there WAS a 69 SS Chevelle.......minus my body tag trophy of coarse.
