My understanding from Hagerty is that the car has to be in a secured location, you must have another car for transportation and occasional use for pleasure is OK. When I pressed for an approximation of miles that would be considered OK per year I was told 2500 or so. I also asked about temporary storage in a trailer and was assured that was OK also. I would be interested to hear the answer you would receive now by asking that question. Their 800 number has always been helpful in answering concerns. Anybody ever had a claim??
