I am actually here at the shop this morning. Steve said the owner wanted to leave the original door on the car and not replace or repair the "drilled" out door. So there you have it.....it was the owners decision.
FYI..This car was listed for sale (on this site) on New Years Day at 275k and sold in less than 3 hours.
