I have found that on Thurs and early Fri there are a few decent buys. The fever really kicks in Fri night and carries through. I bought our truck (#77) about 1:30 Thurs. and after getting it home and even more closely scrutinizing it believe it would cost more to restore an existing truck than I paid for this one ($21600 with commission). Everything about it was very well done. I have learned a couple of things attending many auctions. A lot of cars are prepped for the purpose of selling at auction and after close inspection are not as nice as originally believed. Also people tend to forget that there is an 8% buyers commission!! I heard a rumor that sellers were allowed to buy their cars back at a fee of $500 which would explain the large number of "no reserve" cars. NOTE I said rumor, anyone have any knowledge?
