Hi and Welcome (82Z-96SS) I will try to answer your question as I know something about the car. The '69 #46 ZL-1 is in Good Hands. It is owned by someone that has owned more ZL-1's than anyone else. #46 is a LeMans Blue 4-speed. My Car #35 and car #46 were both returned to the factory by Fred Gibb Chevrolet. Sutliff Chevrolet in Harrisburg, Pa. bought both #46 and #35, the dealership is still in business today.
