MotownMadman, the traction bar you describe sounds like the factory one installed on the SS396 cars and other hp model Camaros in 67. Check out the picture attachment. Does it look like that? There should only be one on the passenger side of the vehicle. This picture is from a Z28, but the one on the 396 was the same, others used a round bar and different axle bracket..............RatPack............
