Those knobs were for the multiplex option on a 68 Camaro with the D55 console. They controlled the fader, tone, volume, and balance of the radio and speakers. It is very rare to see one of these. This car was the first one I had seen with it in the console, have seen many non-console underdash units. At the time Milt Robson owned the car and the history & documentation is unreal. One neat thing is for anyone that has John Hoopers 67-68 Camaro Reference Book there is a GM photo of this car at the top of page 236. Most would not pick up on it, but the A-pillars are of a convertible....................
