THANK YOU WILLIAM ! Gentlemen, I think you are all missing the point. If you truly want to to continue to update info., reunite owners, create history etc. You have to try and make this as quick and painless as possible for both parties. Protecting identities is important but you must leave lines of communication open and active. No one likes to be pestered or ignored. This is how history is lost.
