Default Re: Question on Motion Corvette gas cap

Joe, on my 69 Phase III Vette the Lemans style gas cap is screwed to the fiberglas top body panel. When you flip it open all you see below is the factory gas cap flange with no gas cap. It appears there is nothing to prevent gas from sloshing up over the top of the factory gas cap flange when you have a full tank.There is only the rubber boot surrounding the factory gas tank flange.

Also, sorry I didn't respond to some old 69 Yenko Nova questions you had a while back, as I got sidetracked. I will go back to that topic and respond on what little bit I know. Kevin.
