Where does this stuff come from?
The 6/7 tach was used for the entire production run. It was used on Z/28 until Feb 1969 and for all L72/L78 cars ordered with a tachometer or special instrumentation. The 6/8 tach was Z/28 only and entered production around Feb 1969. At the very end of 1969 production a 65/8 tach entered production. It may or may not have replaced the 6/8 as both have been found in late build Z/28s.
