These things happen, maybe a call back in awhile may result in something positive.

Do you have any info. you care to share with the researchers of the group, for documentation purposes? Info like data plates, vins, may help with "grouping" lot orders of COPO's. Did the widow indicate if she had any old pics of the car? If the nephew really is getting it, maybe he should be told of this site. It sounds to me like this car may have been a COPO at least. Please e-mail me if you desire, or others who have this interest. Maybe some of the members on this site can come up with another car for you to consider.
