Doesn't make sense.
E 1 9 is May 1 of 69 if it is a 618 block. But.... Casting sure looks like 3958818, but I don't think that is a good number. Closest thing would be 3956618, which was phased out in April 69 in favor of the 3970010 blocks. I suppose there could have been some overlap but..... The assembly date of 0425 would be April 25. Could not have been assembled BEFORE being cast (May 1)
