Rare opportunity!!
For the purist in you! I have 1 Full Gal. And 1 Gal. Missing about an inch out of it. DuPont Lucite 5009 LH Lacquer paint Code #52. I have owned this over 25 years and was bought from a painter friend at the time. He told at the time he had had it 2 or 3 years before that. The “LH” was the highest grade DuPont offered. It has been setting in my heated office ever since. I guess it’s all in how much work you you want to put into your restoration. First off, you will need to retrain yourself how to paint with it. All the prep work, the paint, the mixing of the paint and the clear, the wet sanding, the buffing and more sanding. What I’m saying is your going to want to do All the work or have an old school painter That can and remembers how. We took 2 day of shaking, mixing, repeat and it looks and feels just as it should. Would prefer to sell both together but will listen to offers. If you don’t want both, call anyway, maybe we can get something put together. Both cans $1500.00 Maybe we can meet somewhere as I’m not sure if I can get them shipped. Thanks SYC!! Joe 608-751-0509 |
