I've used Fastenal for bulk shipping on pallets. Be a bit of work and time to strap and wrap them on a pallet, but then the rate is a flat pallet charge, usually under $200. I've always added the cost of any materials used in the process. I have a Fastenal 7 miles from the house and we go that way often, so I just arrange to drop it off on one of those trips.
