Ray Sullins came on board in the early 1969 season, replacing Herb Fox the 1st driver of the #1 ZL1.

Fred hired Ray to drive the #1 ZL1 because he could perform tuning and repairs during competition and keep the car competitive.

Very cool story, but what’s with the door handle/seat belt position on the pass side door panel?.
